As a boutique consultancy, Eleven is flexible and responsive to client needs. We can deliver small interventions for organisations looking to take some initial steps into diversity and inclusion, or customised business transformation solutions developed in partnership with clients to unlock the full potential of diverse people working in a culture of inclusion.
Our Vision
We help create employment opportunities for disengaged youth; we build their capacity as well as adding value to their communities. Programs are designed with a person-centred approach. Simply put, what we offer is both a social change which reaps benefits for business and a business initiative which delivers powerful benefits for the community.

What we do
We work with groups and individuals to develop self-worth in industries that traditionally do not cater for empowering the workforce, we recognise and understand that by investing time and resources we can equip each person with the knowledge and confidence to deliver quality services which in turn will positively impact performance.
