Eleven consultancy identifies a vision for a more connected community by providing both sustainable and ongoing targeted support we align ourselves with reputable organisations, where we assist them in a multi-faceted approach to retain, support and empower employees from cultural diverse backgrounds this also includes the traditional land owners and people with disabilities all of which are largely underrepresented in all sectors of employment. By utilising local expertise we build solid foundations to support in pre-employment and ongoing employment stages innovation is the key link to our success using a person centred approach we aim to trigger an individual’s passion and self-worth.

The MARS Model and Human Behaviour

We work with individuals to develop motivation, abilities and role perceptions, three of the four foundations of human behaviour.

Working with individuals to assist them to develop and enhance their individual characteristics we are able to increase productivity.

We do this by close mentorship and coaching. As we see individuals develop we look to offer challenges, recognition and opportunities both inside and outside of the work place.

Personal Development Planning

Our philosophy is to build a sense of Purpose in each person, identify the key social principles that support the persons Purpose and assist the individual to develop a network of people that align with the individuals Purpose.

Our approach is map out each employee’s development path. We use leading software and best practice to track and report on improvements. By developing individually tailored development plans for employees we are to support employees as the progress to their goals.

We track developments using cloud based technology provided by Far Data Solutions. Technology allows us manage talent quickly and reduces the risk of information loss or dependency on individual consultants.

Education and Training

We offer a range of educational and training approaches. By developing people’s abilities and skills we are able to create a sense of achievement and self-worth, whilst reducing the costs to the business of high staff turnover and low levels of productivity.

We coach individuals through education assisting them with balancing work life, home life and study so as they are able to meet the various components of a well-balanced lifestyle.

Health Safety and Well-being

We can work with your organisation to develop integrated management systems to respond to and reduce injury rates. Working to WorkSafe Plan standards with WorkSafe Plan auditors our experience in developing efficient systems of work assists both our clients and theirs.

Using advanced safety and risk management software allows our clients to automate workflows and processes giving more time to focus on people who have been injured and developing mitigations to prevent injuries.

High quality reports can be delivered directly from us to your clients to demonstrate the commitment and approach to workplace safety.
